Requirements:
6+ years of professional experience as a software engineer At least 2+ years in a tech lead or people management capacity Ability to operate independently while knowing when to involve others Ability to own large, complex projects Effective collaboration with engineers across the stack and cross-functional partners Strong judgment on tradeoffs, tools, and architecture Focus on supported, stable technologies over trends Use customer problems as input for system design Create simple, elegant solutions Consider observability, SLA, and scalability implications in design decisions Experience with AWS Experience with Postgres Experience with Node.js TypeScript experience is a plus
