4+ years in product management At least 2 years focused on data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting products Experience with B2B/enterprise SaaS, preferably in e-commerce, retail analytics, or martech Strong understanding of analytics platforms and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Proficiency in agile development practices and user story development Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data and translate them into product requirements Experience representing customer needs through personas, user stories, and product specifications Ability to lead through influence and collaborate across technical and business teams
