Bachelor's degree in supply chain, science, technology, engineering, business or equivalent experience 7+ years experience in SaaS working with technical accounts, product management, and or solution management Subject matter expert - hours of service and ELD compliance driver/fleet management (all things FMCSA) Experience managing technical accounts and or solutions within a regulated industry Demonstrated success working with cross functional and customers to deliver results Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive and technical stakeholders alike Proactive, self-starter with a desire to grow regulatory acumen Strong decision-making skills with an ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment Ability to gather, interpret and apply a wide range of data Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position Proficiency with technical project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Productboard
