Responsibilities:
Drive results by ensuring the team hits all KPI targets Manage dashboards/KPIs and provide insights and forecasts to the leadership team Ensure CRM accuracy by inspecting processes Conduct team training, including group and one/one training, role play sessions, and call shadowing Collaborate with and provide feedback to Marketing, Sales Ops, and Sales Manager Ensure outbound sales targets are met through SDR team management and training
