Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers to architect, deploy, and improve AI Agents Take end-to-end ownership over delivering exceptional customer experiences Collaborate with developers, QA, project teams, and customers Own the integration of Replicant’s solution with customer systems Guide customers through technical decisions and tradeoffs Provide technical mentorship within the Delivery organization Participate in regular on-call rotations Minimal travel required for customer requirement analysis
