3-5 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role Experience in the tech or fin-tech industry preferred Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to deliver and drive for results under pressure Strong values, ethics, and integrity Advanced written and verbal communication in English

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies Source and attract candidates through various channels Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities Support other HR-related projects and initiatives
