Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role supporting enterprise SaaS or AI sales
- Knowledge of and experience within banking, financial services, AI, SaaS, lending, or credit industries
- Proven ability to lead technical discovery and tailor demos to meet complex enterprise requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of how to qualify and translate customer pain points into solution alignment
- Highly organized with a disciplined, proactive approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel 10–20%
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and solution-oriented aspects of the sales process
- Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs
- Demonstrate Titan’s AI platform capabilities
- Guide prospects through discovery, evaluation, and technical validation
- Conduct detailed discovery sessions
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Act as the trusted product and solution expert
- Articulate business and technical value of Titan’s platform
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop winning strategies
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
- Gather and communicate product feedback
- Contribute to technical win rates and drive revenue growth
