Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Have at least 1 year of work experience in a related field.
- Have solid technical skills, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
- Understand CRM applications and basic database structures such as SQL.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Productivity Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Be able to work with stakeholders and teams to support quality, timely project delivery.
- Experience with nonprofit organization functions such as membership management, meeting management, professional development, and fundraising is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Learn the company’s products, customer support policies, and client contractual agreements.
- Engage clients to understand their goals and design requirements.
- Advise clients on tools, applications, and methodologies to achieve project goals.
- Develop functional requirements documentation for customer approval.
- Implement and support system configurations, and test them against approved requirements and standard operating procedures.
- Provide customer training and participate in other educational activities.
- Document and build solutions using a consistent approach to support clients.
- Study emerging tools, technology, and business practices for the association marketplace.
- Provide consulting services within project budgets.
