Responsibilities:
Educate clients about the financial hardship debt program. Empathize with and deescalate upset clients. Navigate and maintain records in the CRM system. Analyze client financial situations to determine debt-free options. Develop customized solutions to retain clients in the program. Meet retention targets and earn commissions. Provide best-in-class customer service.
