Requirements:
2+ years in a technical customer facing role in enterprise software. Working experience in creating and delivering presentations, conveying product messaging, and explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences across various organizations. Working experience in installing, configuring, integrating, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues with enterprise software solutions. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience required. Proficient in communicating effectively with technical and non-technical staff. Able to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. Able to work independently and collaboratively. Knowledgeable about use cases, challenges, and technologies in data management, business intelligence, data science, and data analytics. Willing to travel up to 15%.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely technical expertise on Collibra's products to customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams. Create and maintain lab environments and playbooks for successful technical demonstrations and evaluations by peers and partners. Collaborate with the Product team by giving early product feedback and sharing field observations and customer insights to enhance competitive advantage.
