Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills At least 6 months of Customer Service Experience Culturally Fit Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable Home office setup with specific computer, internet, audio, mobile, and webcam requirements Strong cultural fit with ITS core values Excellent command of the English language Able to work full time 40 hrs. a week: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday) Able to pass online behavior and cognitive assessments Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants)
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and coordinate support tickets Triage tickets accurately Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ticket creation Coordinate dispatch of onsite resources Follow procurement process for equipment Audit and close completed tickets Perform follow-up for client updates Use ConnectWise to manage service tickets Review current Service Department tickets Use knowledge bases to research and resolve issues Document coordinator procedures and policies Identify trends and address gaps in ticket handling
