Shape and build out the Carrum Cancer Care program operational workflows and strategic goals Monitor, identify, and communicate gaps and issues impacting the patient care journey Partner with the non-clinical Navigation Team for education and program expertise Support members with clear, accessible education about the cancer care journey Reinforce guidance from members’ oncology care teams Build operational workflows, resources, and patient-facing materials Provide timely, scoped support for clinical-adjacent questions Collaborate with cross-functional teams for patient care navigation support Work with Provider Relations, Patient Care team, and Growth team for communication and coordination Contribute clinical context to program development Assist with high-touch or emotionally complex cases by providing clarity and supportive education
