Requirements:
Prior experience as a clinician (RN, OT, PT) required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in customer success, nursing quality, nursing education, or healthcare. Strong understanding of patient monitoring solutions and their implementation in healthcare. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of driving adoption, engagement, and ROI. Ability to analyze data and metrics to derive actionable insights. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
Participate in client onboarding and ensure smooth transition to AUGi. Monitor adoption metrics and proactively engage clients to drive utilization. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations. Develop and communicate metrics demonstrating ROI, such as reduced fall rates and cost savings. Provide ongoing product education and training to customers. Act as the point person for customer concerns and work with internal teams for resolution. Identify and cultivate success stories and testimonials. Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
