Prior experience as a clinician (RN, OT, PT) required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in customer success, nursing quality, nursing education, or healthcare. Strong understanding of patient monitoring solutions and their implementation in healthcare. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of driving adoption, engagement, and ROI. Ability to analyze data and metrics to derive actionable insights. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational and time management skills.
