Cabling Superintendent Manager (Remote)

10+ years of progressive experience in structured cabling / low-voltage infrastructure 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or superintendent management role overseeing multiple job sites or crews Strong technical knowledge of copper and fiber systems, testing methods, and installation standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, NEC) Data center or enterprise campus build experience required Proficient in MS Office, project management platforms, and field documentation tools

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Cabling Superintendents across multiple projects. Oversee all structured cabling field execution, ensuring consistent implementation of standards. Monitor job schedules, material consumption, and manpower loading. Review and approve field change orders, RFIs, and redlines. Drive a strong safety culture and enforce OSHA compliance. Serve as the primary interface between field execution and project/program management teams.
