Requirements
- 10+ years of product experience leading Product Management and Development in Fintech and/or Payments
- 8+ years of experience working in the Fintech Space including B2C and B2B payment methods and the entire fintech ecosystem
- Deep understanding of Payment processing flow, tokenizations, refunds, disputes, fraud management and reconciliations
- Experience designing and implementing Tax Solutions via Internal or Partner
- Strong grasp of Compliance framework in Fintech space, like PCI DSS, AML, OFAC, IRS)
- Insanely autonomous
- Agile & flexible
- Data driven with strong analytical and decision making skills
- Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for fintech capabilities
- Collaborate with finance, engineering, and security teams
- Own the success of the FinTech product portfolio
- Serve as a thought leader in fintech product innovations
