Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing AWS environments and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in optimizing AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, Lambda).
- Strong Linux system administration experience, including patching and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with server patching and maintenance for both Linux and Windows systems.
- Experience implementing security tools (Qualys, AWS Security Hub, CrowdStrike Falcon).
- Proven ability to automate processes (e.g., automated installation of applications or instance provisioning with security agents).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and maintain AWS services, including EC2, VPC, S3, and Lambda.
- Perform system administration and patching for Linux and Windows environments.
- Implement and maintain security solutions using tools such as Qualys, AWS Security, and CrowdStrike Falcon.
- Develop automation processes to streamline deployment and configuration of instances and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Support incident response and participate in continuous improvement of infrastructure reliability and performance.
