Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies. Hands-on expertise in media buying: building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs, with a preference for experience in TTD and DV360. Proven track record in Programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks. Strong understanding of how programmatic and other channels work together. Experience successfully driving programmatic growth across B2B/SaaS clients with budgets over $50k/month. Strong cross-collaboration skills (internal and client-facing). Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Solid analytical ability and attention to detail. Results-oriented mindset and ability to balance multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives. Leverage data for audience targeting and segmentation. Plan and implement programmatic campaigns across DSPs. Optimize campaigns for performance and pacing. Generate and analyze performance reports. Troubleshoot campaign performance and delivery issues. Coordinate with creative, analytics, and account teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Present campaign plans, reports, and recommendations to clients.
