Collections Analyst

2+ years handling B2B collections in a low dollar high volume environment. Salesforce and NetSuite exposure is a plus. Ability to read and understand contracts is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ability to work a mid-shift schedule: 7:00 – 16:00 Central Standard Time. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks to a deadline. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Manage remedy tickets for the collections team. Meet monthly financial goals and objectives. Ensure internal control and financial integrity. Collaborate with sales to resolve client billing issues. Manage customers in the dunning process. Conduct calls and follow-up emails on assigned accounts. Ensure timely follow-up and updates to accounts receivable collections notes.
