Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in tech or equivalent work experience 6+ years work experience with Laravel and React frameworks Experience building applications with Javascript/Typescript, PHP, HTML5, CSS and MySQL 8 Experience mentoring and supporting the professional growth of fellow engineers Experience working with large development teams Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong track record of leading technical projects and coordinating teams of 3+ engineers Passionate about usability, user experience, beauty and elegance of UIs Eager to learn, discuss and share knowledge Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and other DevOps tools (nice to have) Fan of TDD and CI/CD pipelines Background in product-based companies with multiple product and engineering teams Proven track record of driving engineering initiatives that impacted other teams or the wider organization
