Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Two or more years of client service experience
  • Knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, LANs, WANs and Wireless)
  • Experience with Microsoft server and client technologies
