Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Two or more years of client service experience
- Knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, LANs, WANs and Wireless)
- Experience with Microsoft server and client technologies
