5+ years of full-stack development with production ownership. Python ecosystem: Flask, Gunicorn, Celery, Redis, Postgres, psycopg, conda/venv, FFmpeg/pydub. Node.js ecosystem: Node 18+, Express 5, axios, multer, helmet, expressratelimit, csrf, marked, nodefetch/undici. Web app delivery: HTML/CSS/JS, UX for dashboards/wizards/modals/drawers, performance optimization. Architecture & operations: Docker/Compose, environment config, secrets via env vars, git workflows. Security: API key enforcement, session security, CSRF, CSP, rate limiting, secure headers, file upload safety. Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) and managed Postgres (nice to have). CI/CD (GitHub Actions), IaC/Terraform, container orchestration (nice to have). Data privacy/compliance experience (audit trails, access controls) (nice to have). EHR integrations (Charm or similar), HIPAA aligned workflows (nice to have). Form platforms (Form.io), PDF generation/signing, invoice pipelines (nice to have).

End-to-end ownership of features across frontend and backend. Design and implement REST APIs, proxy endpoints, and vendor integrations. Implement asynchronous processing pipelines with Celery and Redis. Optimize Postgres schemas/queries and manage connection pools. Build secure serverside routes and proxy layers in Node.js/Express. Implement sessions, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and security headers. Develop pages and flows for login, dashboards, billing, and invoicing. Implement browser recording UX, file validation, and media processing. Manage patient sections, versioning/history, and exports. Own Docker Compose and CI/CD pipelines. Instrument logging, metrics, tracing, and set alerts. Apply security best practices for input validation, authentication, and secret management. Write unit/integration tests for critical flows. Own release notes, migration scripts, and rollback plans.
