Legal Program Manager - Product, Privacy, and Policy

8+ years of experience in program or project management in a legal, compliance, or highly regulated tech environment. Experience with product/legal operations, privacy, IP, and public policy/regulatory affairs. Comfortable working in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments with distributed teams. Demonstrated ability to break down large strategic initiatives into structured workstreams. Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills. Excellent operational instincts: built or managed process frameworks. Comfort with legal subject matter including product-related legal issues, privacy/data protection compliance, IP, and public policy/regulatory affairs. Technical literacy: understand product development, data flows, engineering, and privacy-by-design concepts. Collaborative, low-ego mindset. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Embodies company values and embraces company principles.

Define and translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable programs. Own large-scale cross-functional initiatives where Legal is a lead or key participant. Partner with product, engineering, data science, privacy, policy, and other teams. Identify, design, and deploy processes, tools, and metrics that improve how the team works. Build, refine, automate, and embed operating rhythms, project governance, tooling, and reporting.
