Minimum of 6 years’ experience in product management, data strategy, or analytics leadership At least 3 successful end-to-end data product or system deliveries Experience leading cross-functional teams Managing complex stakeholder landscapes Background in publishing, media, or event-driven businesses preferred Experience with customer data platforms or similar enterprise-scale data systems preferred Exposure to data governance, regulatory, or compliance frameworks preferred Strong understanding of data management, reporting, analytics, and product design principles Project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in SQL or equivalent query languages
