Senior TechOps Generalist

Breadth of experience leading technical projects across various technologies and platforms. Experience with scripting and using APIs for automation. Experience working with multiple teams and managing multiple stakeholders. Experience supporting, managing, and deploying applications to macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices. Experience with Identity & Access Management systems like Okta or Microsoft Entra. Experience administering and troubleshooting Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies. Understanding of identity provisioning technologies like SCIM. Experience of designing and installing office networks (e.g., Cisco Meraki).

Provide day-to-day technical support to employees. Troubleshoot and fix a wide range of technical issues. Collaborate with the Security team. Automate processes and improve user experience. Design and build self-service solutions. Monitor and maintain office technology (networks, meeting rooms, etc.). Manage supplier relationships and procurement. Lead and manage complex technical projects.
