Process Improvement Specialist

3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related role. Proven ability to design and implement efficient business processes. Strong analytical mindset. Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio). Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Experience in change management or training is a plus. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.

Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Design, document, and implement optimized processes aligned with business goals. Use data and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and impact. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure new processes are practical and scalable. Develop detailed SOPs, process maps, and documentation for clarity and consistency. Lead change management initiatives and training to support successful adoption. Continuously monitor and refine processes to drive ongoing improvement. Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all teams.
