Part-Time Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC) - Maryland

Master's degree or higher from an accredited educational program in psychology, counseling or social work Active state license(s) (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD or PsyD) to be able to practice upon hire 2+ years of therapy experience Clinical experience serving the trans and queer community Previous telehealth experience Dedication to the FOLX mission and Informed Consent Model of Care Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately Organizational and time management skills Self-motivation, independence, and willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment Ability to learn new apps, programs, and proficiency with virtual meeting platforms Demonstrated experience in working with diverse groups

Provide individual therapy through synchronous video sessions Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinicians Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition and needs Develop and implement therapeutic interventions Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the team Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and clinical team meetings Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation Help design, coordinate, and provide therapy services and programs Comply with federal and state therapy regulations Maintain state licenses as required
