Ohio | Admissions and Screening Consultant | Telehealth

Relevant work experience in business development or admissions roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience with SBIRT and motivational interviewing (a plus). Bachelor's Degree preferred. Required Ohio licensure or certification: LSW, LPC, LMFT, LISW, LIMFT, LPCC. Must have a verifiable license in the state required. Reliable high-speed home internet. A quiet, private dedicated home office with a door. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent written, presentation, communication, and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. High comfort level with technology (EMR software, email, Slack, Google Suite). Availability to work full-time, including potential evening and weekend availability.

Manage daily schedule to handle inbound calls, texts, and emails. Achieve individual and team goals for enrollment. Conduct initial screening assessments using SBIRT. Determine program eligibility and assist potential members. Utilize motivational interviewing techniques. Schedule intake appointments using EHR and other software. Coordinate with clinical staff for seamless intake. Suggest improvements in operations, messaging, or strategy.
