2–5 years in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, or related field Strong Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills (pivot tables, what-if scenarios, data validation) Understanding of GTM comp structures: quotas, accelerators, clawbacks, SPIFFs Experience with comp tooling (CaptivateIQ, Spiff, Xactly, or equivalent) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
