Effective communication skills. Strong computer and analytical skills (Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint). Strong relationship building skills. Team-oriented, responsive, passion to succeed. College or bachelor’s degree in business or similar major. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work in a team or independently. Demonstrates initiative, not afraid to troubleshoot on their own. Passion for beauty.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports with insights. Analyze retail sales, consumer/category data, and new item performance. Lead ROI analysis on new programs. Inform assortment decisions using category insights. Manage in-store merchandising programs. Handle item maintenance for retailer setups. Maintain retailer ecommerce website assets and content. Monitor and report on competitive launches. Provide general administrative support. Ensure timely response to customer requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers and customers. Support local retailer PR/Marketing events in the GTA.
