Law degree (Juris Doctor or international equivalent such as LLB or LLM); U.S. law school strongly preferred 6–10 years of experience in a law firm required Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to residential and commercial mortgage lending, as well as corporate governance Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal Excellent organizational and communication skills Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Highly proactive, resourceful, and skilled at building effective working relationships Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications Valid U.S. visa required
