Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field; Paralegal certification is a plus. 3–5 years’ experience in a paralegal, compliance, or legal operations role. Experience coordinating with external counsel and cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of contract management, compliance frameworks, and regulatory filing processes. Experience with multi-entity corporate governance (US/Singapore preferred). Understanding of cross-border regulatory requirements for product launches and business operations. Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate external legal counsel, manage documentation, billing, and deliverables. Gather evidence for disputes, regulatory inquiries, and IP matters. Track legal matter statuses and ensure timely resolution. Manage trademark filings, renewals, and enforcement activities. Conduct preliminary name checks and monitor for infringements. Coordinate product registrations and regulatory submissions. Maintain IP and regulatory activity records. Maintain a repository of approved product claims and compliance guidance. Support updates to privacy policies and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). Track customer data requests for GDPR/CCPA compliance. Ensure privacy and claims compliance across campaigns and platforms. Maintain and improve the centralized contract database. Review third-party redlines on NDAs and standard agreements. Support contract automation and documentation processes. Track contract renewal dates and maintain version control. Maintain company records, board resolutions, and entity registrations. Support annual filings and entity maintenance tasks. Ensure consistent documentation practices with secure file structures.
