Experience assigning estimates for units of work. Experience coaching resources on technical development and configuration. Ability to lead client facing workshops and meetings. Ability to conduct calls with customers independently or in support of requirements gathering. Experience supervising and inspecting code migrations between instances. Experience providing feedback on remediating defects.
