Requirements:
7+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience 3+ years in SaaS enterprise environments focused on CRM, sales execution, or revenue orchestration technologies Proven success leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles Experience designing integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, ZoomInfo, Snowflake) Ability to influence C-suite alignment Ability to diagnose complex customer environments and translate them into clear, measurable solutions Exceptional communication skills for facilitating executive conversations, leading whiteboard sessions, and delivering compelling demos Deep understanding of data architecture, workflow automation, and AI-driven sales processes Familiarity with Outreach AI Agents (Amplify, Kaia, Research Agent) preferred Experience creating internal assets, playbooks, or demo stories Demonstrated proficiency in Demo2Win, MEDDPICC, value-based selling, ROI analysis, and agentic AI frameworks Salesforce certifications are a plus
Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders Own the technical strategy for high-value, multi-threaded deals Lead engaging, outcome-based demonstrations and Proof of Value (POV) engagements Partner with AEs to craft win strategies Translate complex business processes into scalable, ROI-driven solutions Build credibility as a subject matter expert in revenue execution, pipeline management, and AI innovation Act as a mentor and deal coach to Solutions Consultants Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Enablement to influence roadmap priorities Create and maintain scalable demo and POV assets, vertical playbooks, and industry-specific solution stories Represent Outreach as a thought leader through webinars, customer roundtables, and industry events
