Strong Python and Machine Learning Engineering skills Experience using and applying AI to solve customer problems Ability to develop agentic AI systems Understanding of software deployment through Kubernetes Capability to deploy some infrastructure elements independently Problem solving and project management skills Thrive in a collaborative environment

Collaborate with customers to understand workflows and design/build Virtual Agents Contribute to the development of the Virtual Agent development platform Ensure AI services maintain high standards of reliability, observability, availability, and performance Participate in the machine learning community to influence technology implementation Take ownership of customer outcomes and make decisions to delight customers Contribute full-stack development including software engineering, DevOps, and MLOps
