Requirements
- 15+ years of deep Product Management experience, including owning large-scale technology platforms and developer-facing products.
- Deep familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS business models, Microservices, Serverless computing, Event-Driven Architectures, and API-first design principles.
- Experience managing Identity and Access Control (AuthN/AuthZ), OpenAPI, or platform security workflows.
- Familiarity with how AI can be applied to product management workflows and platform use cases.
- Ability to build platform services with empathy for developers.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with internal customers and build strong relationships.
- Excellent skills in managing and prioritizing requirements, especially with conflicting needs.
- High ownership mindset and ability to balance vision with short-term wins.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in creating detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in defining and tracking KPIs and metrics.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Solid technical foundation, preferably with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of platform products from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Own and drive key horizontal platform capabilities like Identity and Access Control.
- Define product roadmaps and strategy in partnership with engineering and security teams.
- Collaborate with engineering to build solutions based on modern architectures (Cloud-native, SaaS, Microservices, Serverless, Event-Driven).
- Drive a developer-centric approach for platform services.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve workflows, analyze data, and enhance decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and gather requirements.
- Ensure documentation, usability, and internal discoverability of products.
- Drive KPIs reflecting platform usage, satisfaction, and adoption.
