Requirements:
5+ years of software engineering experience. 2+ years in senior/staff roles. Deep expertise in distributed systems. Deep expertise in high-performance computing. Strong systems programming skills in Rust, Go, or similar. Experience designing and scaling systems for significant computational workloads. Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with zkVM architectures (RISC Zero, SP1, Polygon zkEVM, or similar). Understanding of blockchain economics and incentive design.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement support for multiple zkVM backends. Architect systems to scale proving throughput and GPU utilization. Develop algorithms to maximize prover profitability. Lead the evolution of proving infrastructure. Extend services to support proving across major L1s and L2s. Work with provers to optimize performance and build tooling. Profile and optimize the proving pipeline for reduced latency and max GPU utilization.
