Responsibilities:
Lead and grow a globally-distributed API development team. Mentor and develop team members. Define the team roadmap with a focus on reliable, intelligent, and developer-friendly APIs. Collaborate with Product and Design to craft and execute the roadmap. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Oversee the technical approach for integrating and scaling the platform's delivery and management APIs. Guide the team through solutioning, coding, testing, and deployment. Hire and mentor junior and senior developers. Oversee day-to-day development operations. Define, prioritize, and execute the roadmap with Product Managers.
