Responsibilities:
Lead and grow a globally-distributed web development team. Define the team roadmap, focusing on entity re-use and enterprise governance systems. Maintain and optimize existing content management systems and services. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Oversee the technical approach for integrating and scaling platform content management features. Guide the team through solutioning, coding, testing, and deployment. Mentor junior and senior developers. Oversee day-to-day web development operations. Work with Product Managers to define, prioritize, and execute the roadmap.
