Requirements:
Expert in data analysis, process automation, and/or data visualization with at least one of: Dataiku, Alteryx, Power BI/Power Platform, Sigma, SQL or Python Experience working with relational database technologies such as Databricks or Snowflake (plus) 7+ years analytics experience 4+ years overseeing technical delivery and project management of data and analytics consulting projects 3+ years of direct client relationship/account management experience 2+ years of pre-sales experience (scoping and proposal creation) Strong communication and facilitation skills with both technical teams and executive stakeholders A strategic mindset with the ability to connect business goals to technical execution Effective manager of cross-team coordination and planning Self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to work independently, and proactively lead projects, initiatives and people Team players who are comfortable working proactively and independently Desire to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities
Responsibilities:
Serve as engagement lead on analytics consulting projects Partner with client stakeholders from data owners to C-level executives Lead consulting teams through complex delivery work Drive enterprise migrations to modern analytics tools Translate business objectives into delivery plans Identify opportunities for expanded value creation and influence scope Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities Lead development of minimum viable products and production data applications Implement large-scale strategic modernization initiatives Become a trusted advisor during technical and organizational transformation Engage and lead multi-disciplinary teams Shape and manage client transformation programs Own delivery timelines, technical quality, and stakeholder communication Support internal initiatives to strengthen delivery operations
