Requirements:
8+ years of creative agency or production company experience in ad campaigns. 2+ years of leadership experience directly managing individuals or teams. Hands-on design experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to solve complex marketing challenges. Deep understanding of how UI features define product experience. Understanding of the AI landscape. Responsibilities:
