Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in executive search. Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. Experience recruiting for US candidates and commercial openings. Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities. Knowledge of various industries and understanding of executive roles.
