Software Engineer, Back End - Video Generation (Tech Lead Level)

At least seven (7) years of experience as a software engineer, at least 2 on the lead level. Experience in a high-performing engineering team operating at scale. Ability to work across the stack with deep knowledge on server side and back end. Strong AWS experience. Platform engineering experience with a proven track record of building internal platforms. Strong alignment with commercial success. Previous leadership experience of smaller teams.

Improve the resilience and scalability of our video generation pipeline. Build comprehensive monitoring and debugging tools for the video pipeline. Lead projects requiring iterative delivery and validation. Evaluate own work using data pipelines to understand impact on commercial objectives. Consider long-term team direction and engineering capabilities.
