Outpatient Mental HealthTherapist (CA and/or WA)

Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work Active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the State of California or Washington Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes in compliance with healthcare plans 2 years of experience (professional or lived) in understanding the needs and challenges faced by family caregivers and older adults Demonstrate a deep understanding of cultural humility and the ability to communicate and effectively interact with individuals from different cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Specialty or training in ACT and/or CBT highly preferred Social justice oriented and practices anti-racism work

Perform remote clinical counseling services to clients Maintain proper licensure and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics Completion of written records for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other required documents Maintain up to date and accurate patient files at all times
