Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work Active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the State of California or Washington Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes in compliance with healthcare plans 2 years of experience (professional or lived) in understanding the needs and challenges faced by family caregivers and older adults Demonstrate a deep understanding of cultural humility and the ability to communicate and effectively interact with individuals from different cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Specialty or training in ACT and/or CBT highly preferred Social justice oriented and practices anti-racism work
