Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, customer service, or a related field. Minimum of 6 months experience working in a contact center, customer service, or case management environment. Proficiency in Google Suite. Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Workday, or similar contact center & HR systems is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Process and coordinate leaves and accommodations, offboarding, onboarding and internal movements cases through Salesforce Lightning cases. Deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues. Ensure all processes comply with legal requirements and company policies, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. Work closely with HR, Recruiting, and other teams to facilitate communication and resolve issues. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to offboarding, onboarding and internal movements, escalating complex cases as needed.
