Process and coordinate leaves and accommodations, offboarding, onboarding and internal movements cases through Salesforce Lightning cases. Deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues. Ensure all processes comply with legal requirements and company policies, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. Work closely with HR, Recruiting, and other teams to facilitate communication and resolve issues. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to offboarding, onboarding and internal movements, escalating complex cases as needed.
