Responsibilities:
Support a portfolio of complex clients Consolidate client/member escalations for RCA and resolution Manage clients directly when the team is over capacity or has attrition Progress retention and upsell work across the portfolio Customize client-specific reporting and marketing materials Unify and scale client-facing resources Lead Client Service Delivery (CSD) initiatives Develop project plans, proposals, and reports Develop clear, actionable content for TCO team Lead workgroups in service of TCO CSD initiatives Serve as the proxy for CS portfolio and CS AVP Gather input from the team and share in workgroups
