5–8+ years of experience in UX, marketing, or brand design, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments Strong portfolio including full homepage or product page designs for a modern SaaS brand Portfolio with examples of elegant micro-interactions, animations, or motion-enhanced UX Portfolio with projects executed using Framer or Webflow, or designed with those tools in mind Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, variants, prototyping, and responsive design Excellent visual judgment - type, spacing, layout, and storytelling flow Comfort working within a high-output, remote team across content, engineering, and marketing Proactive, self-managed work style and ability to translate briefs into finished experiences
