Senior AWS Cloud Architect

Extensive practical experience with AWS from successfully completed projects, including cloud architecture and enterprise scale landing zones Experience in leading delivery engagements for enterprise clients and large organizations Solid engineering and technical background and experience in the strategy development, design and architecture of cloud solutions Knowledge of security, networking, virtualization, high availability, storage, and databases Experience with container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift) Programming/scripting skills (Python, C#, Java, PowerShell, etc.) Knowledge and experience in DevOps/DevSecOps and/or platform engineering and infrastructure-as-code (such as Terraform or CloudFormation) Experience in consulting and a pre-sales mindset, conducting workshops Very good communication skills in German and English

Becoming a trusted advisor for high-profile enterprises Supporting customer projects from conception to release Designing and implementing business-critical applications, platforms, and workflows Working with new technologies and services as well as established industry standards Reviewing and evaluating on-premise and cloud infrastructures Automating cloud environments with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code Managing customer relationships and roadmaps with the Nordcloud sales team Occasional travel in Germany or Europe depending on the task and customer
