10+ years of commercial experience in biotech or pharma Direct launch experience Rare disease experience, particularly pediatric is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to build brand strategies and execute launch plans end-to-end Global experience and / or antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) experience is desirable but not necessary Ability to leverage insights and data to shape strategy and optimize execution Proven track record of cross-functional leadership skills Experience building trust across a diverse group of stakeholders Experience building a winning culture Self-starter who works successfully in a fast paced, start-up environment Ability to identify a path forward in ambiguous situations Ability to gain consensus amongst stakeholders with differing perspectives Domestic and international travel as required
