Requirements:
8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including closing mid-market and enterprise accounts with ACVs ranging from $50K–$1M+ 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing high-performing Account Executives Background in selling payments solutions or working within payment facilitation models Proven track record selling complex SaaS platforms Experience managing both long (6–12 months) and shorter (30–90 day) sales cycles Demonstrated ability to navigate RFPs Experience in brick-and-mortar sales or managing franchisee/franchisor relationships is a strong plus Builder mindset: proven ability to design and implement repeatable processes Highly collaborative, with experience influencing Product and Engineering prioritization Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and structured sales methodologies

Lead, coach, and expand a team of Mid-Market & Enterprise Account Executives Establish and enforce repeatable sales methodologies Provide deal-level coaching Personally drive sales process for strategic and complex deals Oversee RFP responses and partner with Product and Engineering Build executive-level relationships at strategic accounts Architect and refine the Mid-Market & Enterprise sales playbook Leverage AI and modern sales technology
