Breadth of understanding of AdTech and MarTech solutions (bidding, creative, measurement, audiences, inventory, etc.). Extensive experience working with enterprise client teams, inside and outside of marketing. Deep understanding of enterprise marketing across brand, performance, and retention. Experience working with customer datasets (CRM, 3P audiences, log-level data, etc.). Balance of creative vision and hands-on execution. Business acumen to translate marketing KPIs to business outcomes. Patience and willingness to see a sales cycle last 6-12+ months.
